This guide is assuming you downloaded a ready made channel list or saved your channel list / bouquets from an Enigma 2 receiver using software like Dreamboxedit.
1) Copy the folder containing your channel lists / bouquets to root of a USB stick. This must include Satellites.xml and lamedb files. For the purpose of this guide I've name the folder 'Freesat london'.
2) Connect the USB stick containing the channel list to Amiko A5 Combo.
3) Press HOME button on your remote and select 'Settings' > Press OK button.

4) Navigate RIGHT to SYSTEM and select 'MISC. SETTINGS' > Press OK.

5) Select Save/Restore channels > Press OK.

6) Select 'Enigma 2 type import' > Press OK.

7) Select the USB drive where your list is saved to, for this guide its displaying as the 'C:' Drive.

8) Select the 'C: Drive' and press OK. Now select the folder your channel list is named as, for the guide we've named it 'Freesat london'. Select this folder and PRESS RED BUTTON TO CONFIRM.
